Been away for several years. The building may have changed slightly but the practice is as excellent now as it was when I left. Professional, informative and kind.
Dentist wanted pre payment for work done!!!!! #isitme? I guess if we had paid we may have got an appointment as at least 6 appointments have been cancelled in last 12 months. I know getting another NHS dentist is difficult but if you can avoid big time!
Dentist wanted to take a perfectly healthy tooth out - easier i think. I Insisted the alternative of a filling and a crown. He started work on the tooth with no local anaesthetic. When prompted he gave a local injection but carried on working immediately. I didn't go back for the rest of my work but found my old dentist who corrected the work already done. Do not go to this dentist - he works too fast, and does things for ease.
Hi this dentist is shocking dont go there I took a friend there he was then told not to come back bare in mind this person is not well he was told not to come back cause he swore I understand that but what u dont understand is that he paid for the treatment which he did have his teeth looked at the person at the practice said that he would be getting a refund for the tooth he didnt have taken out O M G still waiting this has been going on since October 2017 and its now December 2017 I have rang up time and time again its the same story over again the money is at head office bare in mind this practice is not part of any other practice so think someone telling porkys here I would not recommend this dentist to any one as my opinion they take ur money and the dont give a dam they offer u a refund and take ages giving it back my advise DONT BOTHER GOING THERE.
I have been going to this dental practise for a few years now, and cannot praise it enough, as I'm very nervous when I go, but my confidence has grown much more since coming here, the staff are wonderful,caring and the dentist that is there now is brilliant , Mr Thaer Admed , if he has to give an injection you can hardly feel it, he's very professional and always does his very best for everyone. So pleased he's at this practise.
